Spring?
It seems every year around Memorial Day we invariably get snow. It is that heavy, very wet snow that sticks to every thing. This morning we awoke to that experience once again. The weather man's prediction was way off, of course. There was a winter weather watch for northwest Montana not southwest. Also, it seems to have concentrated right around our location. We received about 8 inches and up to 12 in some areas. Out of town friends and relatives were visiting over night on their way to Yellowstone only to be in dismay this morning. However, traveling east this morning they were out to dry land and skies just as they crossed over the pass out of town. Believe it or not, the Bear Tooth highway is opening tomorrow; much sooner than expected.
